I found the entire experience great!! Had a perfectly wonderful salesperson...Tim...professional, pleasant, friendly and I was completely at ease. He did not pressure me (which I loved), however, explained in depth the advantages, etc....seemed very honest. Financial guy was also very friendly and efficient

James is awesome. I like using the same service advisor for each visit. He has gotten to know me and my car and things go very smoothly since I will only use him as my service advisor. He goes beyond what is required of him to make my experience better.

We were extremely satisfied with everyone we dealt with at Allen Samuels in Tyler. They made us feel very comfortable and appreciated, and gave us a fair price right from the start, and therefore we did not feel the need to negotiate the price. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends, and so far we are very happy with our Hyundai Elantra.

I am very pleased with the exerience and professionalism of my sales person Gary. I would highly recommend Allen Samuels and Gary to my friends and family. Love my Hyundai Elantra!!

My salesperson, Tim O'Brien, was completely professional from start to finish. My buying period extended almost 60 days and Tim was very helpful during the entire period. I would strongly recommend him and this dealership. The other employees were, without exception, friendly and helpful. I look forward to a long relationship with Hyundai.

I have no reservations about taking my vehicle to East Texas Hyundai for any work I need done. David is a great service advisor. He gets me in, gets me a ride, and explains what is being done and the cost. I have no problems or complaints with the dealer and will undoubtedly go back there for all my service needs on my Entourage.

This is a great dealership. I had recently bought a new car less then a year ago and i needed a bigger car asap. They really helped me get out of my car and in to a new and better one! They are all very nice and very helpful! I will for sure buy my next car at AllenSamuels.

Since 2004 I have purchased 11 new trucks from East Texas Dodge; both for business and personal use. I still "shop" their prices with other dealers, but they have not been beaten yet. As for honesty and integrity, I have NEVER dealt with a more reputable dealership.

We really did not intend to purchase the vehicle the day we did - we were looking and comparing brands, the salesman was very informative - no high pressure - which we appreciated - the salesman made an offer on the vehicle and compared to what we had already looked at we felt it was a good deal. I had already had a good experience with the dealership when getting my mom's Jeep serviced and I was impressed with them at that time. There was a slight problem with water spots on our Hyundai that would not come off the vehicle. The dealership readily and quickly handled the problem. We are happy with the vehicle and the dealership. We will not hesitate to recommend them.
